Napoleon Perdis is delighted to accept the International Achievement award from the prestigious Fashion Group International. The award is presented for having made a significant contribution to Australia’s international reputation for quality, creativity, and innovation; a contribution which has also helped to leverage links between fashion and other globally oriented Australian industries.
The award also acknowledges standout export performance and international recognition as being a leader in a particular field. “I am delighted to accept such a prestigious award and would like to thank FGI for their continual support and recognition.” says Napoleon. “To be recognised by an organisation that was founded in 1930 by an empowered group of women like Helena Rubenstein and Elizabeth Arden is an incredible honour – and couldn’t be more fitting for the Napoleon Perdis brand.”
Napoleon was flattered to be one of three finalists for the award, including top fashion designer Kit Willow and leading jeweler Stefano Canturi.“What amazing company to keep,” he added. “Kit and Stefano are incredible design talents and I have long admired their work.”
Fashion Group International was founded in 1930 by a powerhouse of American women including Elizabeth Arden, Helena Rubenstein, Edith Head, and Eleanor Roosevelt. Today, it has a presence in over 35 countries and remains a powerful networking forum for the fashion industry.
